I had approached Vodafone Store at Leela Bhawan,Patiala (Punjab) on 30th January to get Prepaid Mobile No 9988064284 of my wife (Pardeep Bindra)transfered in my name besides converting it into Postpaid.The attending executive informed me that it cannot be
done,however if I buy a Postpaid connection then my request would be entertained.Iwas left with no choose so
I accepted this coercive condition.On completion of all documentary requirements I was allotted a Postpaid connection number 9888224254 alongwith assurance that Prepaid Mobile No 9988064284 has been transfered to my name which to my shock I discovered was not done;the attending executive just tricked me to buying a Postpaid connection.
Thereafter,I complained to regional Office Punjab on 6th February and in response I was asked to submit an NOC by my wife,an ID copy along with my photo which I did on 8th February and in return I was given fresh SIM to be installed in my mobile.
It’s now fourth day my No.9988064284 has not been activated nor my emails have been acted upon and my calls to Customer care and to Store Manager(9888018062) are not being responded.Image Uploaded by Ashok Singh Bindra:
