Hello Sir, I am Suman Mazumdar, I did recharge of 348 vodafone pack . I changed my room on 24 Feb 2018, my room is at ground floor, now the problem is that there is no network inside my room. So I want to say, when you are taking money and unable to provide services properly then no mean to adopt Vodafone. For calling or browsing internet I have to go either on roof or outside, this is not fair. I also complain in customer care they said that,” some technical problem is there and we are working on to resolve it but cant assure that we will resolve it certain time” This is not problem of me, rather many people are facing it. So please take necessary action, as soon as possible.
