DEAR SIR
I AM USING VODAFONE POSTPAID NO. 9027405090.I AM FACING NETWORK VOICE CALL ISSUE ON THIS NETWORK.IT HAS BECOME 5 TO 6 MONTH CALLING VODAFONE ABOUT THIS ISSUE THEY message ME COMPLAINT NO, FOR RESOLUTION OF THIS ISSUE .BUT NO ACTION CREATED.
THIS IS MY BUSINESS NO. AND MANY OF MY CUSTOMER COMPLAINT MY NO. REMAINS SWITCH OFF OR NOT REACHABLE.
WHEN I CALL MY CUSTOMER I HAVE TO DIAL THEIR 15 TO 20 TIMES SHOWS message ”UNABLE TO CONNECT”I AM DISTURB USING VODAFONE SERVICES AS MY BUSINESS FLOP DUE TO CALL CONNECTING PROBLEM.
I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST VODAFONE I CONSUMER COURT AND WANT WANT TO CLAIM FOR MY TROUBLES.
PLZ SUGGEST AND HELP ME.
