Hi Team,
I have raise my last complaint on 7th of March 2018 regarding voice crack. The complaint number is 472072244. I have knocked so many times before this. But today again I have called to customer care regarding the same.
But vodafone executive are informed that the complaint number has been closed. Because network team are submitted the report that there haven’t any issue. Vodafone team are close the complaint without my confirmation.
I have paid my bill within time line. But the service provider are not proving me proper service.
So I want raise a complaint against Vodafone for Network issue. I want a better service from Vodafone.
