Sir , My Vodafone number is 9048200633 I did net offer (199) on August 2 then I did the net offer on another number( 9847432491)using Vodafone app through online payment but unfortunately I did the offer on (9048200633) same number means two same net offer on the same number on same period .
I call to the customer care and inform the matter they told that u can get the money as talk time and u have to call on tomorrow morning .
As per their information I called on next day morning then they told that they informed to the top level and u can get a positive response from there part but I didn’t get any help from there part now am not comfortable to continue on Vodafone service so kindly please take necessary action.Image Uploaded by Sajin S:
