Dear Concern.,
Vodafone store executives are very irresponsible,they are not giving the proper service to customers.
When im visited ur store in Mysore Ramavilas road store one of executive she had told me if u want exit from Vodafone u can exit no worry to us like that she is responded.and I had enquired about switching to postpaid to prepaid she don’t know the process, I had waited more than 45Min in store but no solution for my prblm.
I had given the migration request twice & they had issued me the pre paid SIM card also & first re charge also done from them for 176,
but they are rejected due to overdue ,but i had cleared all my due on 25th Aug ,regards this i had complained more than 10-12 times regards same to customer care but no one responding properly so please take necessary action & solve my issue.
