I had been charged by Vodafone for international roaming in the month of December when I left the country for a 5 day holiday.
On returning back I wrote a mail to Vodafone and they say that if I used Data, or initiated to make a call or received a call or sent a message, then International roaming gets charged, however I had not done any of it.
They later returned me bank my credit, and also said to send a message to avoid getting charged the international roaming in future.
Once again when I left the country I was charged again. They claimed and said the same and returned me back my credit.
This is now the third time I have been charged for international roaming rental. All the time I have not activated data, nor made any calls, nor did I receive any calls, or send any message.
This is getting really frustrating with the company to claim back unnecessary charges they imply on us. Apart they now refuse to return my credit.
