On 3rd February, 2018, I received a bill from Vodafone for INR 89,000. This bill was paid on 8th February 2018, while I was traveling internationally. However my international roaming data was not activated & even toady while I am in Mumbai my data remains deactivated.
Secondly, my Dynamic Credit Limit is set to INR 45,000, I am unsure why Vodafone would wait for the bill to reach INR 89,000 to deactivate the data. The data should have been deactivated at INR 45,000.
The last time Vodafone has charged for two roaming plans during the same period. These issues with Vodafone continue to reoccur. It is frustrating to even call their call center as none of the Executives are aware of how or what is happening.
