My Paytm merchant wallet had 20000Rs.. I consulted the customer care twice, they said the amount will get transferred within 24 hours to the bank account. Now that I call the same customer care number is not in service or any other number is not working. In this case, my money is gone. I want help in taking my money back from paytm merchant.

Dear Sir
This is with reference to the mobile recharge through Axis Bank A/c no
012010100335997 against from paytm recharge for mobile no-9835373268 of Rs.22/- was done on 16th of Feb 2018,please note that the amount was deducted but mobile was not recharged.
Its also very difficult to raised complaints to customer care of Paytm on the IVR system from registered no.
Therefore,please verify into it and refund the said amount.
