I have been facing issues in billing since last two months with no resolution. My latest complaint number is 1081-699513
Please find attached the summary of the bills generated for my number 98992….. in last two months.
There was some changes done to my relationship number on 14th July, due to which I have received 3 bills dated 23rd July, 3rd August and 24th August, under different relationship numbers.
My complaint is regarding bill generated on 3rd August. The bill amount is for Rs 532.17 and the billing period is from 14July to 2Aug. This billing period is overlapping the billing periods for bills generated on 23July and 24Aug.
I hereby request you to rectify the error and get this waiver off the 3rd Aug bill as it is incorrect
