Text of Complaint by Shalini nayyar:

I requested for porting my no from Vodafone to Airtel on 16 feb but I got a call from Vodafone on 17 from retention team to not to change to Airtel and they gave me a better plan and assured that by 26 feb we will fix the network concern at my home..

on 19 feb I got a message that porting is accepted so I called the customer service of Vodafone that why I am getting this msg. So he informed me that once the plan will change request will be cancelled automatically and on 19 feb my plan in Vodafone changed.

 

on 22 feb I got a message that your no will be ported today night so I called Vodafone customer care again and asked they said no mam it will not happen so just ignore that message. But at night my no changed to Airtel..

on 23 morning when I called customer service of Vodafone again they said now nothing can be done I told Simran Kaur the floor manager to check the notes of me calling and saying to stop porting. She reverted no such notes are there.

so I asked to talk to a senior manager…. I was informed no sr manager is available and she transferred my call to Vivek Sharma floor manager, who was very rude to talk and was not ready to listen. He transferred my call to Pooja Sinha who was further making fun of me calling for this issue and no sr manager is available.
