I think Vodafone customer care is very worse customer service center. If I call from my Vodafone number (8883857897) the call can’t connect with customer care. At the same if I call my friends Vodafone number it is connecting.
If I ask about this issue at customer care they didn’t give me a correct reason for this issue.At my Vodafone number the downloading speed is maximum 150kbps only, at 4G network coverage in city range at Hosur.
The 4G speed if Vodafone at City range is 150kbps only?????? very worse customer care service and also worse network speed. If it continues I’ll change my number to another network surely.
