Hi,

Am Satheesh from Selaiyur, Tambaram, Chennai and my Vodafone dongle no is 9884038599.

I had purchased the Dongle from Vodafone on Jan’18, in the time of purchase I had check with the Vodafone store customer care person very clearly that I have require 4G speed, because of my past experience in my previous service provider, So I made very clear on that, the customer care executive promised that in Vodafone have no such a network and vodafone will always provide quality of service and Vodafone have advance technology so you may get uninterrupted 4G speed connection always. But in reality its not happen, In the day 1 onward the problem started, I check with the customer care executive guy in stores he says that is the temporary problem it will rectify very soon. So I kept quite and waited for that it will happen. But in the ground not so happen so far. Even though I pay my bill amount in time up to May’18.

In the mean time I made complaint against the issue to the tele customer care executive as well as stores too. When ever I spoke to them they immediately escalate issue to network team. But the net work teams never visit our area and never call me to check about my concern. They apparently closed the ticket with remarks of customer not reachable its happen continuously 3 months, I frustrated So that I stopped the payment immediately and finally the network team guys visited my area and they accepted that the network problem very much available in my area, the same they forward the report to Vodafone itself, the appellate and nodal officer of Vodafone accept the same.

In this regard I made the request to them to waiver of my last 2 month payment of Rs.1413/-. In concern is with out getting 4G speed why should I have to make the payment for that. more over they stopped the dongle service too.

In this regard I had write a several mail transaction to them about the service issue and waiver of my dues. They accepted that the network issue and state that “Basis the feedback received from our network team, we regret to inform you that an immediate improvement in 3G/4G network coverage would not be possible due to various constraints.”and Further, I regret that I would not be able to extend a complete reversal in your bills. Currently, there is a payable outstanding amount of Rs.1413.64/- for your mobile number”. I totally surprise that the, they not have clear idea how long it will take rectify the network issue but they expecting that as a customer I have to make the payment without asking the network issue details to them.

I had detailed telecommunication with Vodafone appellate and nodal officers about waiver of my payments but they are not ready to hear that about my request of payment waiver instead of that they telling that the network issue will be resolved in near future (No dead line of rectification) and they telling about that the data usage is valid so you have to make the payment.

My serious concern is I am getting only 3g or 2g or some time no coverage then why should I to make the payment, as per statement the valid usage means how it happen, because of slow speed of downloading the files automatically the data usage will happen, I try to explain all this information to them but they are nor ready to hear, they are repeatedly asking to pay the due.

So I bring it your kind notice that now.

My query is Am no getting 4G speed, instead of that I am getting only 3G speed some time 2G. But they cheated me that we have 4g speed available in my area. And they have no idea that how quickly to rectify the network issue.

2nd query is without getting 4G speed Why should I to make the payment, So that I asked only my two months payment waiver. In more over they not bother about their service and they charged my late fee also. – My concern is to that to waiver of my 2 months amount of Rs.1413/-  immediately. This is not my mistake they not provide the service as per agreed terms.  So that am not faulty. Its purely their mistake so that to waiver of the amount immediately.

In the mean time Am getting calls from their collection team for my payment, the collection team person are speaking to me that am the defaulter, and when can I make the payment. Its really atrocious.

And my request is to please intervene to the subject to the matter and try to get the waiver of my payment immediately. Because in previous and present track record maintained very clearly so that am not interested to go for defaulter. So please close the issue asap or else what to do?
