GST details were submitted by us to Vodafone 12.8.17 and an acknowledgement mail was also received from ‘Sheetal Vibhandik’ GST Support stating that GST number will be updated in records of Vodafone.
We have not received credits for GST paid by us since Aug17 and Vodafone is denying credit to us on the ground that their ‘System cannot update our GST number’. This excuse cannot be accepted and hence we wish to place public greivance against Vodafone Limited.
