I recharged my prepaid mobile today with Rs 569 and Vodafone deducted 86.80 as GST fees and Rs 482.20 as access fees and showed the balance as minus12.97.
I want to know what this access fees is and how can a company Vodafone deduct the money without any prior information. It is pure and simple cheating and making a fool of their consumer.
