Text of Complaint by Ria Michael:

I have Vodafone postpaid connection (399 plan). My data was finished , so I request to active 299 plan 2 days before . Today is the 3rd day .

Till now they didn’t active this plan . Every time customer executive is telling , our request was already send , please wait for 1 hour . This 3 days I am waiting. My every official purpose was delay .
