I am facing a lot of issues regarding the data/ internet. I reported many times by calling on 199. They always ask for 6-7 days for the resolution. But every time they told me to replace my sim.
I told them i am facing the issue in my home town. If the issue is of sim then i fave the issue every where. I have 7 connections with Vodafone. And to replace every sim is not a valid thing.
They ask me to change the phone but all the sims are in different phones. I am giving a lot of money every month and i am unable to use the services. I have attached the service request number for the reference as a screenshot.
Some of the referebce number are -378942216 of 12th August, 342806042 of 7th march etc
