I am using this service for last one year, i want to change my post paid to prepaid.In this regard, i am running from post to piller for changing this service for last 3 months.

In the vodafone show room, Tuticorin, there is no response for my quiry. Simply they are refusing to change and misguiding to come next month once the post paid bill arrives.

If i approach subsequent means, they simply dined and advising to continue the same. For last 3 months it is a big headach for me.You pls compare the my availed service in post paid (Rs.470 for 30 days with 1 gp / month)and pre paid for 28 days Rs.199 only and with 1 GP / day internet pack & unlimited roaming.

If you do like this i will never pay the bill for this months.I request you to stop my post paid service immediately and change to pre paid service. Do the need full.
