User: My father who is 70 plus and uses a basic phone which doesn’t have an option of internet.
Since the last two bills Vodafone has been charging us with extra charges as internet charges and upon checking with customer service last month I was told that the internet charges has been reversed.
This month again when I received the bill, I was surprised that not only did I not receive the waiver but I was again charged for internet charges for another Rs 148. When I called the customer service I was told that the same cannot be waived, I paid the complete amount last month of Rs 713, expecting that the internet amount will be adjusted this month for Rs 251.
It is really getting difficult as I cant even request for number portability because the number is being used by my father who doesn’t stay with me and he doesn’t know how to send an SMS. Looking for a reversal of Rs 251 (charged in August) plus Rs 148 (Charges in September)
Its so difficult to even ask for a supervisor who can really understand your concern. To top it up they simply disconnect your call.
