This is Ajit. I useing Vodafone prepaid sim from last 4 years. I am facing problem of minus balace policy of Vodafone.
If there is no sufficient balance in customers account it allows to enjoy services and after that makes charges without permission of customer it make customers account in minus what I do???
I am using unlimited plan for that I am paying 448 for 90 days which is already high rate and after any single mistake 60 RS charge.. I am tired now. I want to stop the use of Vodafones services.
