I recently joined vodafone from bsnl through portability on my No.9426169257. Then I decided to use the internet service of Vodafone and I recharged my Number with daily 1.4 gb 4g data and unlimited talk plan on 09th September 2018 at 16.11 O’clock.
I am living in Central part of Porbandar city which is known as Gayatri Nagar, Opp. GEB Office, Nr. Fire Brigade. The network quality and services of Vodafone is better than bsnl but I was not able to get 4g or 3g signals in my home and whenever I want to use internet on my mobile I have to go to either on tarrace or I have to come out from home or to go in balcony.
Therefor I made a complaint from online vodafone website on 14th Sept. 2018 at 03.44 p.m. and I was given service registration no 2388046274 and I was assured by the executive that my query will be solved by 20th Sept. 2018 and the person who talked with me told me that he will make necessary action and thenafter two times vodafone executve talked with me on different days to know about my problem.
But on 19th Sept. I was messaged by Vodafone Care that “your data speed complaint has been addressed. We regret inconvenicence caused. If you are not satified you can log appeal at 198”.
And till on this day the problem of network is same at my home and even after asking other peoples of my locality they are also facing same problmes of netwok availability in their rooms at their home. Therefore I request to do needful for the problem.
