Vodafone activated an Entertainment service without my consent and has charged me Rs. 35 for it.
I have immediately deactivated it and asked them for a refund. Vodafone is refusing the refund irrespective of me terminating the service which i never opted for.
Vodafone has no right whatsoever to activate services without the customer’s consent. I want a full refund from them immediately
