I would like to raise a complaint on 5 aspects

Aspect 1: Refund of deposit – International Roaming – The vodafone Store Charged a Deposit of Rs. 10000/- claiming to be refundable. the procedure to get a refund takes 45 days which is absolutely ridiculous as the customer has no dues and has to wait to get the money back in a form of DD. Time taken to visit the store or speaking to call center has no resolution in next steps for anyone from vodafone to hear. Email sent to their corporate address is jumping and a standard acknowledgement comes that some will call you in a day. there is actually no response at all – Pathetic customer service 🙁

Aspect 2: Nodal officer for AP – Number given cannot be assured of service as i have had to wait for 30 – 45 minutes and still dont get to hear the officer. all i hear the add of vodafone app usage. what is the point of having a nodal email or number to connect when you cannot address a consumer complaint.

Aspect 3: Call center executive hears out and assures a call back but i never got a call back. next day call the customer care and the executive says someone mislead you as we dont have a facility of a call back. nor do they have answers of how to approach the next level in complaints. pathetically i pay 50 paise for every 3 minutes to speak to dumb people. time waste who pay for it.

aspect 4: typical failure in international roaming where nor the app nor the store person specifies that if you buy a phone or change your phone in international waters you would need to call the center as the settings need to be changed. how can a consumer call when the sim doe not work internationally and what happens to the call charges to the customer care from a pay phone – who pays?? does vodafone care ????

Aspect 5- Service Quality is below the benchmark. Stuck with refund and cannot move out through mnp till i get refund as it does not make sense to spend always time and money to reach a customer call center or vodafone store.
