On 31st January 2018, I received a sms saying that my plan has been changed to Super 249.. I never put any request for change of plan..
My plan of 399 which had unlimited local and STD calls, 1GB/day data plus 1GB per month, 500 free SMS/month; was suddenly changed to Super 249, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION..
And when I called at the customer care number, I was told that I call was made “from my handset” regarding this change of plan.. I challenged them to show me the details of the call and they got scared and transferred my call to back-end team.. I was told by the person over there that my plan would be changed back to the original one and all charges for the current plan activation would be waived off within 24 hours..
Nothing happened in 24 hours.. today i.e on 7th February, when I call them regarding the same problem, I’m again told that I gave a request to change plan.. after being on hold for more than 20 mins, I’m finally told that the old plan will be activated within 24 hours.. ofcourse I don’t trust these call centre guys anymore since they have already lied to me just one week back.. I was give a token number.. now I got a msg saying some 399 plan has been activated on my phone.. but I don’t know what this plan is.. the Vodafone app is absolutely not working.. I have attached the screenshot of the page in the app where it is supposed to show plan details and benefits.. it’s all BLANK..
Someone please look into this and resolve my problem.. I can’t believe Vodafone is sooo unprofessional towards its customers and changes the plans WITHOUT OUR CONSENT..
