Hi, My name is Pankaj Sharma and I am using Vodafone number 9654418102 for around 3 months and 8510001381 for more than year and half now and the day opt for it I decide I will go back to Airtel however that’s a different story, I am writing this email regarding a recent visit to a Vodafone store for the purpose to convert from postpaid to prepay.
It was shocking everyone was so casual and no enthusiasm towards customers I was not given tons of information, was not told how to activate the number, I was not told how FRC will be done though I paid for it right away, I was not told what the procedure is and its been more than 12 hours my number activating and no FRC done till now, I am helpless and vodafone customer care denied help, cannot go to store as stuck in work, what to do, Fully unsatisfied

My postpaid no.9716749986.i got 149 plan for international incoming plan on 14 th march 2018 and never subscribed international internet roaming plan but Vodafone send me more than 10000 bill i shocked I m retired and voda co. Is torchering and harassing me so i request to do according to my plan and limit
