Text of Complaint by Shanmuga Sundaram. N:

Dear Sir,  I recharged using the Airtel APP to the mobile No: 9952517210, for an amount of Rs.509 on 18.04.18.

The amount the debited from my account and reflected in the bank account Ref. No: 107358219787IGADIYZXG2. The mobile No. is not recharged.

I called the Airtel customer call, and they replied, the amount will be refunded within 7 days. I called the Airtel customer care and complaint 2 times regarding the refund of Rs.509.

But upto now the amount is not refunded. I request you to take necessary steps for the same. Call to my mobile No: 9894570073 (Shanmuga Sundaram) for clarification.
