Dear Sir/Ma’am
This is inform you that i am long term vodafone user from few days (20-25) i have registered a request to vodafone customer care number that i am having problem in my network please kindly raise the problem about the issue .
They have registered my problem and promising me that they will solve this problem within 2-3 days .But from 25 days they were ignoring the issue then again i had word with them i will submit my bill after my problem get solved .
They said ok sir we will surely solve your problem today then after few hours they disconnected my out going call services.
Then again i called them they were saying (aise customer ke sath aisa hi hota hai ) because of this problem i have lost my upcoming event job offers and etc.
I got depressed because of the problem. I am requesting you kindly take care of the issue. As i am facing lots of problem.
