I would like to bring this issue to ur notice that the no. 9873982702 was being used by my brother Mr. Hemraj Aggarwal and now I Anu Singh is using this no. from March 2018 .
I visited ur Vodafone store located in Kamla Nagar on 18 March , 2018 where customer care executive Mr. Monu reacted very rudely and I escalated a complaint against him.
Later on I was attended by Ms. Pooja and asked her to get the ownership changed and update the address, also cleared the dues with advance payment and security money of Rs. 250 but till date this has not been done.
Then on 6 May 2018 I again visited the store and the executive Ms. Pooja attended me but was unable to resolve my query and told me that she has mailed the query to the head office and will get back to me soon within two days but she didn’t.
When I requested her to give her no. she gave me the no. of Mr. Arvinder who works there only.
Since I m residing in Vasundhara Enclave very far from that place not possible to go there easily.
Now whenever I call on that no. my call goes unanswered.
I am fed up with this nonsense so decided to port in some other network but I want the security money at my updated address.
Plz. look into this matter I will be obliged.
