Currently I am in UAE, using Vodafone India SIM. After activating IROAM, I’m not getting 4G. Internet signal mostly shows H or H+. Sometime it shows as 3G and in few seconds, it drops back to H or H+. From 3rd Apr’18, I have raised around 60+ complaint with Vodafone Customer Care and spoke to 70+ customer support executive, but all in vain.
They informed that the issue that the SIM does’nt supports and should be replaced. Two weeks before, while I was in India, have got the SIM replaced. But coming back to Dubai (UAE) still the network shows as H+.
As suggested by vodafone support team, I have tried with 5 different handsets and issue remains same all the devices, I have tried. When I tried to reach Nodal desk on Appellate, the phone keeps rings and nobody responds back. Even vodafone support executive informed that issue is with Etisalat network which I have selected.
Please help.
