Dear Sir/Madam

This is to inform you that i am Wazil Razeen holder of prepaid account number (6382299363)has changed previously from Jio to Vodafone and my connection on vodafone has activated on 20-06-18 .So far i am not able to use 4g connection as my mobile has 4g facility and its still only working on Edge (2g speed) .I also insert my sim in other 4g mobiles still in that mobile also its working only in Edge i have made   5 complaints to customer care far now today and nothing is solved
