1/march/2017 i activated a internet+free call offer in vodafone of ₹199. After activation of offer i started to call but still money was deducted from my account.
I gave a complaint and they told it was due to calling before activation of offer.
I agreed and after 1 hour i started to call as usual. Since i have free call offer i didnt noticed the balance of ₹51 in my main balance. After calling 2,3 people my balance was zero.
I again called the customer care service. They said it was due to half activation of pack. They told that issue will be resolved in 24 hours.
They said i will recieve a call back. 24 hours was hour still there was no response from there side. I again called the customer care and still tell me to wait 24 hours.
They said the offer will be activated in 24 hours. And they are not ready to give back the 51₹ in the main balance.
