Text of Complaint by NARESHKUMAR V:

Dear sir/madam,

I am Vodafone postpaid customer,now I want to change my number (9578978043) from postpaid to prepaid so I reach my nearby Vodafone mini store at Theni they ask me to go for periyakulam and I went to there they ask me to go for Theni office,again i came to Theni office they ask me to pay 900+ INR my current month bill is 200+INR only.

so I raise the complaint through customer care by online service,

The Vodafone customer care service call me and ask me to go the near by Vodafone store for changing my number from postpaid to prepaid,so again I went to Theni Vodafone mini store,she told you’re raising complaint against us so we could not do anything to you and ask me to visit periyakulam office,and again I raise the complaint to customer care through online service

This time I got a call from customer care and ask me to go to Madurai Vodafone office.madurai office is more than 60km from my city(when I change my number from prepaid to postpaid the vodafone office staff came to my home for verifying the documents and handover the postpaid sim)
