Please find my email below,regarding the network issues i am facing since once year.Have raised complaints many times and called up many times….you can check my call logs and emails in your system.
I have always been assured that the network is under maintainance and will improve in some days.
Have been regularly in touch with you all,but the network issues are still there and i am always call drops and data connectivity issues every now and then.
Now i am really fedup with this and i want a refund for all the bills i have oaid to you since last year Feb 2017.
You are not at all bothered to resolve the problem of your customer.
I need the refund immediately,otherwise i am going to consumer court and file a case against Vodafone.
