Dear sir/madam
I am Arthiraja P from chennai. I Used the vodafone network from several years. My number is 8939080042. On january 2018 I was convert my prepaid number into postpaid. After convertion i have lot of trouble on vodafone network. Last march 2nd suddenly my postpaid connect was disconnected. Hence I went to the vodafone store and complaint about my issue when vodafone staff told your communication address should verified. After completion my number was reconnected. Again 7th my connection was disconnected again I went voafone store for the complaint now vodafone staff said you should pay the deposit when only we can reconnect your connection your dealer told no need to depoist for your postpaid connection when i converted postpaid.yesterday i sent email to vodafone customer care still i didn’t get any reply.
