On 25/09/2018, 11:15 am At Alkapuri Vodaphone Store my Father Mr. Mahendrabhai Ramanbhai was went at store and he request for convert vodaphone postpaid card to prepaid. Then their representative says now this is not possible, you come on 02/10/2018. i have reason why he says that because bill cycle period ended on 02/10/2018 and they needs full payment. and currently our card is not working because of card expired. So, mobile is not working.And store have been not solve this problem and not give any information properly.
So, I request you this type of harassment is not good sign for any customer.
And give the favourable reply in my email.ID.
