I have purchased clothing from PayTM which was not appropriate for fitting & return requested in Paytm. Return request approved immeidately in 13th of Spet.18 & message received for pick up 25th of Sept. (even the return policy was within 15 days of receipt) courrier person was delayed & reschedule without any concern to 26th. how can we meet deadline of return policy (15 days from receipt) if pick scheduled time is 12 days.
