On 27th April a message came from Vodafone that some value added service they activated in my no. But I never requested for such.
I complaint that day.
Vodafone Customer Care told me that the service will be deactivated and money will be refunded. They deactivated the service but my money was not refunded.
Today I called again, they are telling me money cannot be refunded and transferred the call to senior executive but no one responded
