Text of Complaint by Amit Atmaram Pandit:

I am using the service since 6+ years and unfortunately i subscribed to Vodafone postpaid service due to flamboyant advertisements.But now when i want to switch back to Prepaid in same company, the service center has been harassing me by silly reasons such as person is not there, sim card is not there, form is not there, need photo, need ID card and all other very silly reasons. Also, asked to go to main service center and there they said – you will have to drop message first and then come. I have been harassed by the service since i have visited 11 times till now and lodged complaints via twitter,mails to company etc.
