Dear Sir,
It is activated then I had made Rs. 554 payment to this card for 3 months full talk time and 1 GB data daily. after that I have made some calls from this SIM upto 10.00 PM. But in the next morning 26th Jan 2018 the sim not showing any range then I go to shop what happen to SIM.
But after all things I got things from distributor , customer care that this SIM has been put in dead stock by company. So, they give me another sim having no. 8554970620 and said that your balance will be transfer upto 31st Jan 2018.
But till today I could not get my Balance. If such things are happen then why I use Vodaphone this is my question. Can I get things very soon then I may be stay with vodaphone. otherwise I crash the second SIM which I have given.
