Text of Complaint by Yugandhar:

I hv asked for tarrif plan change on 20th April, from billing cycle, but did it immediately,I hv asked y? Then  change,23 রড  again they changed.

24 th April  I went to stores they are saying we are sending mail, u will be getting call in 24 hours. But till date means 27 of April I did not got any call.

I try to call customer care they are saying we don’t know. I called to stores the person saying we are working on it. I have asked how many days I have to wait, for that he is saying if u want u go to stores ABC talk with manaer.

For small tarrif they are playing with me from 7 days. I am not able to go office 2 days. So I Wat to file a case, because they are torchering customers.
