i have paid for vodafone 4g service but the speed is less than that we get in 2g services. i have already called 4-5 times in vodafone customer care and they always say me to do a certain settings and then restart my phone after which i will get good speed but the speed is still low.
i have also emailed vodafone for this issue though they assured me that the speed will be ok but it is not and also now whenever i call 198 to talk to the customer care executive they did something because of which whenever i insert the number required to talk to them it again goes back to the previous menu.
i also have a call recording in which the customer care executive guarantees that my speed will be ok
