Text of Complaint by Madhusharath M:

I have recharged for 48rupees Internet pack through vodafone app but it was not successful and when i called to customer support one girl named meghana from bangalore she said she will connect to backend for further details and put me on hold for half an hour

and i didn’t get any response and when i called them again the one more customer support she said we can’t connect to backend if they can’t connect to backend then why that girl put me on hold for half an hour, don’t we have other works, what that girl actually thinks about customers

this is bad experience for me, and I do mailed this to vodfone karnataka support but still i didn’t get any reply from them. Is this the way they treat customers and I didn’t get my refund until now.

While recharging they will take money immediately but while refunding they will take 5/7 working days why so, if it is so then they can take recharge amount after 5/7 working days right.

Please do take this issue seriously and do the needful,
