Text of Complaint by Debasmita Dutta:

I have net connection no.9874187852 which has been submitted for closure in the month of Jan 2017 at girish park outlet kolkata.

The name of the person is Abhishek (contact no.8337070652)sitting in the front desk and he said I will close ur connection u don’t have to pay anything but in lieu of that he is compelling me to take other plan,I said I dont want to take any other plan.
Just surrender my plan

And he delayed in withdrawal of connection as I have not taken the new connection

I have the acknowledged copy of my closure request too.
Ater every 3-4months i recv a call a payment from lok adalt I visited the outlet to Mr avishek he again forced to take a new plan I said I dont required any new plan kindly close my previous connection .

He then said to me your connection will be closed and dere is no outstanding as on date.

Again on 24th feb 2018 I am receiving call from Lok adalat to pay outstanding amount.

If I have not your service why should I pay.

If I am harassed like this I will bound to write to TRAI for getting the matter resolved.
