This is regarding deduction of balance (Currency from my mobile number through credit card without customer approval)
Last week without knowledge / information, Ayurveda weekly and quick bytes activated.
I really don’t know how Vodafone will deduct/activate such packs without customer approval and that too the amount was deducted from my credit card which is a big blunder from Vodafone.
Since there is no proper response from Vodafone customer care and deduction of amount without permission, we are really fed-up with amazing support from Vodafone customer care.
As per my knowledge, customer care has been introduced to help/solve the customer issues. Since there is no proper response from Vodafone customer care. I request VODAFONE management to take necessary action.
Regarding deduction of amount from credit card with out my permission. I request Vodafone to refund the deducted amount and going forward I hope the same issue won’t happen with me as well as any customers.
Kindly take this issue in high priority.
