Text of Complaint by Kumar Anubhav:

I would like to complain about one of Vodafone sales agent(I don’t know he is from Vodafone or some agent hired) who has done fake commitment and persuaded me to port my number(9911626279) from Airtel to Vodafone. According to him, he gave me a plan of 399 which I didn’t want but because I wanted to lower my plan cost, he told me that after getting the number ported and activated, in 48hrs I could change my plan to a lower one which was “199 Plan” with unlimited call and 20GB of data. I confirmed that several time if I could do so. He gave me his personal mobile number and committed that he would help me change my plan.

Finally, after getting the porting completed and number activated, I called customer care to change my plan, where I came to know that there is no such “199 Plan” the lowest plan they can offer is 299. I have complained to Vodaofone customer care but they cant do much about it. They have just told me that they will look into the matter and share  the feedback.  My complaint no. is 527132332.

This is a wrong way of doing business. Just to complete their targets they do all these things. Vodafone as a company should take the responsibility of such touts sitting in the call centers because they are selling Vodafone’s product.

I have tried getting his other details like alternate number and Facebook profile. See if you can do something.

The name of the agent is Rocky Yaduwanshi.

Mobile number is : 9999585953 and 9811555005.

Facebook profile :

Apart from this I would like to have compensation because I left my old service provider.
