I did a recharge of 458 on vodafone number . i got the message “the transaction cannot be processed at this time and transaction no is ONRXXX” . Has been 4 days with no resolution . Have no acknowlegment from vodafone with respect the refund or recharge benefits . have already called the customer service 3 times now. Even the service token they provided doesnt show up on the website as a valid token. Absolutely pathetic service.
