Text of Complaint by Bhautikkumar M. Sosa:

I am extremly tired of your customer care employees. Whenever i call regarding any issues first of all they dont pick the call. And if they do they dont solve the problem and many times they dont even try to solve the problem. Rightnow i am writing this and my call is on hold from almost 45 miniutes and that employee didnt even tell me that he is going to put my call on hold. I even complainted that issue on official website but they didnt do any single action against those employees. Few hours ago when i called employee picked up the call and he just slept. I was hearing his snoring for almost 19 mins. I called to customer care from my mother’s mobile to complaint about this and that another somehow knew about that sleeping fellow so he tried his best to ignore my issue and kept me telling that sir tell your other problem , this one point. How can it be point less ? I am paying to vodafone and i wont tolerate this kind of missbehaviour. If it could happened for one or two times than i can forget it but every single time the same thing only. I am just tired of it now. Is it modern india ? This is how you deal with your customers ? I need a strict actions against all those employees who behaved with me like this.
