Dear sir,
The operator of the number 8328713088 is vodafone. Since last three months a caller tune is being activated by the company itself and everytime I deactivate it, it is getting activated automatically.
Last time it was activated on 15 th of this month and when I called the customer care, the person said that the deducted balance will be refunded within 24 hours.
After 24 hours when I called the customer care, another person said as 24 hour is over there will be no refund.
Now my request is to refund my deducted money.
