I am a vodafone customer(9946249237) for the past 11 years.
Without my permission, theyhave taken an amount of Rs. 30 towards the callertune activation.
first of all, I haven’t given any request for callertune activation. Immediately after receiving this message, I have sent message to deactivate the same.
After that I have called in your customer care number. But the response from their employee was very bad. Even till this date she did not do what I have asked. If I am correct, her name is sreelakshmi something. The call I have done on 12.09.2018 at 6.30 pm. She was teasing me.
This is the fifth time, they are deducting my money without my knowledge.
