Text of Complaint by Ronald Dsouza:

  1. Have raised request to have access to the bills itemised on App or bills sent via email.. Have not received anything yet. Also a charge for calling a premium number is put where have explained that the phone was not in use for that day. Nobody else can access the phone as it has a passcode. The call center agent was rude and disrespectful declining my request for a dispute for that charge. Calls never transferred to managers rather being placed on hold and calls disconnected then. I have attached the list of complain number that I have raised since 07/02/2018.
